Spring cleanup
Once the ground firms up and is no longer soggy, usually in late March or April, we clear out what winter left behind: matted grass, branches, leaves trapped in the beds and last year’s dead perennial stems. Then we edge the beds and walks so the property is ready for fresh mulch and the first mowing of the season.
Fall cleanup
A thick layer of leaves left on the lawn over winter can smother the grass and lead to dead patches and snow mold in spring. A fall cleanup removes leaves from the lawn and beds, cuts back perennials and leaves the yard neat before the first snow.
Yards with a lot of mature trees often need two fall visits: one in mid-fall and one after the last leaves come down.

Storefronts, offices and HOAs look better with clean beds and clear walks too. We can schedule spring and fall cleanups as part of a seasonal maintenance plan.
